Upon inspection of the overhead lines I found 2 blown fuses on underground switch #1673 located on the NE corner of Lebaron and 2nd Avenue. TETSCHNER, LUKE A 04/13/2020 06:09 AM UPON TROUBLE-SHOOTING, I FOUND THAT THE BOTTOM SIDE OF THE CUTOUT JUMPER HAD BURNT THE #2 COPPER ON THE BOTTOM SIDE, FEEDING THE CENTER PHASE. (SWITCH 10160) I 3 way gang operated 600 amp pad mount switch faulted internally with in the sealed case on the bus. Isolated the switch and restored power at the same time to all 3072 customers. TETSCHNER, LUKE A 06/20/2020 02:13 PM transformer fuse was open. most likely overloaded. transformer is noted to be upgraded. Palm frond found in the over head lines.
