Information about Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) planned, in progress or completed by the City of Mesa. A Capital Project is a project that helps maintain or improve a City asset, often called infrastructure. For example, total capital project budget, current year budgeted amount, project spent to date, project milestone dates and geographical information system (GIS) data. A geographic information system (GIS) is a framework that provides the ability to capture and analyze spatial and geographic data. This dataset is used as part of Capital Projects Explorer (https://cip.mesaaz.gov).
