Unemployed - Seasonally Adjusted

data.bts.gov | Last Updated 27 Apr 2023

Unemployed persons are people aged 16 years or older who had no employment, are available for work, except for temporary illness, and make no specific efforts to find employment in the past four weeks. The Bureau of Labor Statistics produces industry estimates of nonfarm payroll employment as part of the Current Population Survey. Employment data are seasonally adjusted to remove the effects of normal seasonal variation.
