Non-emergency service requests submitted through Cambridge's Commonwealth Connect application powered by SeeClickFix Open311. <br /><br />Please note that the City of Cambridge uses Commonwealth Connect to track both public and internal work orders. Occasionally, a ticket will change from internal to public, or vice-versa. All tickets that originated as public requests are included in this dataset. However, technical constraints prevent us from displaying information for tickets that originated as internal work orders.<br /><br />Prior to using Commonwealth Connect, the City utilized iReport.
