This dataset has the following 3 columns:

| FISCAL YEAR | fiscal_year | number | The fiscal year in which the expenditure was made. The fiscal year runs from July 1st of one year until June 30th of the following year. For example, Fiscal Year 2016 = July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. |
| DEPARTMENT | department | text | The state organization where the expense is recognized. |
| AMOUNT | amount | number | The amount of the payment. |
