Food Service Inspection Violation Comments

This dataset contains specific comments made in association with observed violations during food service inspections conducted by Fulton County Board of Health environmental health specialists. Each comment cites the code of the violation as documented in the Georgia Department of Public Health Food Service Rules and Regulations and describes the specific observation that was the cause of the violation. A violation may have more than one comment if there were multiple observations that led to the same violation.

Risk Typerisk_typetextA number (1, 2 or 3) indicating the risk of food-borne illness based on the menu items served; the food preparation process performed, and the previous food safety history of the food service establishment. The Risk Type determines the frequency at which the establishment must be inspected. Risk Type 3 represents the highest risk and requires the highest frequency of inspection.
