The Authority’s customer base includes large and small businesses, not-for-profit organizations, community-owned electric systems and rural electric cooperatives and government entities. This data includes the electric supply rates that the Authority offers to its Business Customers under different power programs.

The ReCharge New York (RNY) program was designed to differentiate the customers by their geographic locations. Customers are furthered differentiated by their type of allocation (i.e., Hydro only or Blended - meaning half supplied through hydro and half supplied through the market). Preservation Power is available to eligible businesses located in Franklin, Jefferson and St. Lawrence counties that want to expand and to new businesses that would like to locate in the region.
