This dataset summarizes the number of live births in 2016 or 2017 and indicates how many of those neonates or newborns on Medical Assistance (MA) were diagnosed in their first 90 days of life with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) (withdrawal symptoms or otherwise affected from maternal use of drugs of addiction).
