This list contains children on the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL), Child Care Works (CCW) subsidized child care program, Low Income waiting list. The waiting list numbers may vary throughout the year due to funding, eligibility of applicants and children leaving the program. In rare instances where a child is in a shared custody situation, this child may appear on the waiting list more than once.
