Data Notes: These data may represent ongoing investigations and as such may change as additional information are collected. Only LTCFs within Santa Clara County are listed. Residents and staff working at these facilities and who are residents of Santa Clara County are included in these counts. This table was updated for the last time on May 20, 2021.
