Data Sources: (1) New Jersey Birth Certificate Database, (2) Linked Infant Death-Birth Database, New Jersey History: MAR 2014 - 2020 target based on 2007 data. MAR 2017 - Baseline year changed from 2007 to 2010. - 2020 targets modified to reflect a 10% improvement over 2010 baseline for total population and all racial/ethnic groups
