This measure is being tracked for informational purposes. If warranted, a target will be set during the decade. Rate: Number of deaths due to kidney disease per 100,000 population. Definition: Deaths with nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and nephrosis (kidney disease) as the underlying cause (ICD-10 codes: N00-N07, N17-N19, N25-N27).
