This dataset provides a historical look at the federal pipeline targets vs actuals (year-end balance) outlined by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The federal pipeline is the amount of federal aid money in various highways projects. Each row is a yearly record showing the target and year-end balance for that year.
