This rate is a 7-day average, calculated using the sum of the CasesByCounty layer and the 2019 estimated county populations (Maryland Department of Planning). <b>Terms of Use</b> The Spatial Data, and the information therein, (collectively the "Data") is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed, implied, or statutory.
