This data set consists of the average daily jail population per location. These incarcerations are added up per hour per location, then averaged. The types of offense is not included in the data set, only time, location, and population. Each location has its own compilation of incarcerations, which can be shown if the bar of the location in the graph is clicked. *Click on the location's bar to expand the data and see the average per day of that location.*
