- Reporting units of sample results [where 1 picoCurie (pCi) = 1 trillionth (1E-12) Curie (Ci)]: • Water Samples are reported in pCi/L. - Data Quality Disclaimer: This database is for informational use and is not a controlled quality database. Efforts have been made to ensure accuracy of data in the database; however, errors and omissions may occur. Examples of potential errors include: • Data entry errors. • Lab results not reported for entry into the database. • Missing results due to equipment failure or unable to retrieve samples due to lost or environmental hazards. • Translation errors – the data has been migrated to newer data platforms numerous times, and each time there have been errors and data losses. - Error Results are the calculated uncertainty for the sample measurement results and are reported as (+/-). - Environmental Sample Records are from the year 1998 until present. Prior to 1998 results were stored in hardcopy, in a non-database format. Requests for results from samples taken prior to 1998 or results subject to quality assurance are available from archived records and can be made through the DEEP Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) administrator at deep.foia@ct.gov. Assessor [Archived 05-31-2023] - Parcel Universe

A complete, historic universe of Cook County parcels with attached geographic, governmental, and spatial data. When working with Parcel Index Numbers (PINs) make sure to zero-pad them to 14 digits. Some datasets may lose leading zeros for PINs when downloaded. Additional notes:<ul><li>Data is attached via spatial join (st_contains) to each parcel's centroid.</li> <li>Centroids are based on <a href="https://datacatalog.cookcountyil.gov/Property-Taxation/ccgisdata-Parcel-2021/77tz-riq7">Cook County parcel shapefiles</a>.</li> <li>Older properties may be missing coordinates and thus also missing attached spatial data (usually they are missing a parcel boundary in the shapefile).</li> <li>Newer properties may be missing a mailing or property address, as they need to be assigned one by the postal service.</li> <li>Attached spatial data does NOT go all the way back to 1999. It is only available for more recent years, primarily those after 2012.</li> <li>The universe contains data for the current tax year, which may not be complete or final. PINs can still be added and removed to the universe up until the Board of Review closes appeals.</li> <li>Data will be updated monthly.</li> <li>Rowcount and characteristics for a given year are final once the Assessor <a href="https://www.cookcountyassessor.com/assessment-calendar-and-deadlines">has certified the assessment roll</a> for all townships.</li> <li>Depending on the time of year, some third-party and internal data will be missing for the most recent year. Assessments mailed this year represent values from last year, so this isn't an issue. SPDES Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) Facilities

The SPDES Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP), which is administered by the Department of Environmental Conservation (the Department), regulates stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity from a point source. The MSGP covers thirty one different industrial sectors which include activities such as mining, land transportation, and scrap recycling. The dataset displays information on facilities that have active MSGP coverage in New York State. Information included in the data set include the facility’s name, address, contact information, industrial sector(s), discharging waterbody, and location of the facility’s Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. RVA Community Survey 2014 Data GEO

Dataset is the anonymized responses from the 2014 Community Survey conducted by ETC Institute. Random surveys were sent to residents across our city to create an equal representation of at least 150 responses per Council District. Most answers are scored: 5- Very Satisfied 4- Satisfied 3- Neither 2- Dissatisfied 1- Very Dissatisfied 9- Don't Know While Most Important ranked questions refer to the preceding questions services and items ordered by letter. Not all Ranking questions are required and might not equal total number of surveys.

Community Survey: 2023 Survey Data

The City of Bloomington contracted with National Research Center, Inc. to conduct the 2023 Bloomington Community Survey. This is the fourth time a scientific citywide survey has been completed covering resident opinions on service delivery satisfaction by the City of Bloomington and quality of life issues. <br> The 2023 survey received responses from 367 households (from a scientific sample of 3,000) and an additional 557 residents completed the opt-in survey. Feed the Future-Ethiopia PRIME-Interim Survey-October 2015 through October 2016

This dataset is the second of two interim surveys administered from October 2015 through October 2016 to enable the Feed the Future PRIME project in Ethiopia to monitor program performance by reviewing changes in a number of standardized indicators. These indicators reflect data collected through population-based surveys (PBS) in the geographic areas targeted by Feed the Future interventions, known as the Feed the Future Zones of Influence (ZOI). Each survey was administered to a sample of over 400 households in 17 kebeles (communities) once a month over a 6-month period creating for a total of six rounds of data for each survey.

Feed the Future Malawi: Baseline Household Survey, Household Data Used for the Women's Empowerment in Agriculture Index

This dataset describes data about the households that participated in this baseline survey collected for the express purpose of calculating the Women's Empowerment in Agriculture Index (WEAI). The spreadsheet has 233 columns and 4,880 rows. The Malawi Population-Based Survey (PBS) provides a comprehensive assessment of the current status of agriculture and food security in seven districts in the Central and Southern Regions: Mchinji, Lilongwe, Dedza, Ntcheu, Balaka, Machinga, and Mangochi. The PBS was conducted from November 14 to December 22, 2012. The overall objective of the survey is to provide baseline on data living standards, nutritional status, and women's empowerment in agriculture in the Zone Of Influence. A total of 3,397 households in the ZOI were interviewed for the PBS, and these households were spread across 126 rural standard enumeration areas (SEAs) in the seven districts.
