This dataset contains aggregate death data at the state and county level for Pennsylvania residents. The data are displayed by county, date, death counts, averages, rates based on population. Pennsylvania statewide numbers are listed with Pennsylvania named as the county for the statewide totals. Do not add up the entire file (all rows) or counts will be duplicated.

Some information may be found here: https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#maps_new-admissions-rate-state <br> This dataset contains aggregate COVID-19 case counts and rates by date of first report for all counties in Pennsylvania and for the state as a whole. Counts include both confirmed and probable cases as defined by the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE). At present, a person is counted as a case only once. Note that case counts by date of report are influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to testing availability, test ordering patterns (such as day of week patterns), labs reporting backlogged test results, and mass screenings in nursing homes, workplaces, schools, etc. Case reports received without a patient address are assigned to the county of the ordering provider or facility based on provider zip code. Cases reported with a residential address that does not match to a known postal address per the commonwealth geocoding service are assigned to a county based on the zip code of residence. Many zip codes cross county boundaries so there is some degree of misclassification of county. All counts may change on a daily basis due to reassignment of jurisdiction, removal of duplicate case reports, correction of errors, and other daily data cleaning activities. Safe Drinking Water Facilities Information System for Pennsylvania 2018 - Current Environmental Protection

Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS) is EPA’s national database that manages and collects public water system information from states, including reports of drinking water standard violations, reporting and monitoring violations, and other basic information. The data derived in the State of Pennsylvania is published and searchable online on the www.pa.gov website. This set contains the Water System Facility data, which will be updated annually for the prior calendar year in the first Quarter of the following year.

Weekly updates have finished with the June 28th update. “Note: Beginning 7/13/2022, the hospitals are no longer reporting data on airborne isolation beds resulting in null values being displayed for the airborne isolation bed metrics.” This dataset contains aggregate hospitalization data related to COVID-19 patient which includes availability of ICU beds, patients on ventilators, ventilators in use, and total patients hospitalized data at the state and county level for Pennsylvania residents. Data will be updated between 11:30 am to 1:30pm each Wednesday.

Dangerous Dogs 1996-Current County Agriculture

Historical results of Dangerous Dogs in Pennsylvania. A dangerous dog is one that has: (1) Inflicted severe injury on a human being without provocation on public or private property. (2) Killed or inflicted severe injury on a domestic animal, dog or cat without provocation while off the owner’s property. (3) Attacked a human being without provocation. (4) Been used in the commission of a crime. And the dog has either or both of the following: (1) A history of attacking human beings and/or domestic animals, dogs or cats without provocation. (2) A propensity to attack human beings and/or domestic animals, dogs or cats without provocation. *A propensity to attack may be proven by a single incident. This dataset contains counts of professional licensees per each licensed occupation and is broken down by County of licensee. *Appearances of non-Pennsylvania counties in the data are due to practitioners that are either licensed to practice in Pennsylvania but live out of state or own a facility in Pennsylvania but live out of state. **Appearances of null values in the data are due to the county field being an optional field for a license application and the county does not auto populate based on the address at this point in time.

Pre-K Counts and Head Start Supplemental Assistance Program Funded Slots FY 2014-Current Quarterly County Education

The dataset provides at a location level, the number of funded Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts (PKC) and Head Start Supplemental Assistance Program (HSSAP) slots. The dataset begins in program year 2014-15 and will be updated quarterly to reflect the current program year funding.
