This dataset contains aggregate death data at the state and county level for Pennsylvania residents. The data are displayed by county, date, death counts, averages, rates based on population. Pennsylvania statewide numbers are listed with Pennsylvania named as the county for the statewide totals. Do not add up the entire file (all rows) or counts will be duplicated.

Some information may be found here: https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker/#maps_new-admissions-rate-state <br> This dataset contains aggregate COVID-19 case counts and rates by date of first report for all counties in Pennsylvania and for the state as a whole. Counts include both confirmed and probable cases as defined by the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE). At present, a person is counted as a case only once. Note that case counts by date of report are influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to testing availability, test ordering patterns (such as day of week patterns), labs reporting backlogged test results, and mass screenings in nursing homes, workplaces, schools, etc. Case reports received without a patient address are assigned to the county of the ordering provider or facility based on provider zip code. Cases reported with a residential address that does not match to a known postal address per the commonwealth geocoding service are assigned to a county based on the zip code of residence. Many zip codes cross county boundaries so there is some degree of misclassification of county. All counts may change on a daily basis due to reassignment of jurisdiction, removal of duplicate case reports, correction of errors, and other daily data cleaning activities. Downloaded data represents the best information available as of the previous day. <br> Data will be updated between 11:30 am to 1:30pm each Wednesday.

Public Transit Services and Reduced-fare Programs by County, Current, Transportation

This dataset lists all public transit services and reduced-fare programs currently provided in each county of PA. Public transportation is available in every county in Pennsylvania, with a wide range of services including: - Fixed-route transit service in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, 21 small urban areas, and 22 rural areas - 44 systems offering shared-ride services in all Pennsylvania counties - 13 intercity bus routes - Keystone Corridor Amtrak service, running from Harrisburg to New York by way of Philadelphia, and Pennsylvanian Amtrak service running from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia - 66 counties with rural transportation for persons with disabilities NOTE: Service providers offering two or more reduced-fare programs have duplicate records to reflect the various programs and to allow sorting by program type.

COVID-19 Vaccinations by Residence Current County Health NO FURTHER UPDATES

Weekly updates have finished with the June 28th update. This dataset contains aggregate data of COVID vaccines administered to citizens based on county of residence. Data includes counts of individuals who received a vaccine dose that provides partial coverage against the disease and counts of individuals that received a vaccine dose that provides full coverage against the disease. Suppression applies for quantities less than 5. Data only includes information reported to PA-SIIS, the Pennsylvania Statewide Immunization Information System.

Educational Attainment by Age Range and Gender 2009-2016 County Annual Education

County level educational attainment data on the adult working aged population (25-64) by age range and gender. Data is sourced from the US Census Bureau’s American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates allowing for increased statistical reliability of the data for less populated areas and small population subgroups. Counts and Rates of New HIV Diagnoses Among Individuals Using Injection Drugs January 2016 - Current Monthly County & Statewide Health

This indicator includes the count and rate of new HIV diagnoses among individuals using injection drugs per 100,000 individuals estimated to have Drug Use Disorder.

Pennsylvania Professional Licensee Data County State

This dataset contains counts of professional licensees per each licensed occupation and is broken down by County of licensee. *Appearances of non-Pennsylvania counties in the data are due to practitioners that are either licensed to practice in Pennsylvania but live out of state or own a facility in Pennsylvania but live out of state. **Appearances of null values in the data are due to the county field being an optional field for a license application and the county does not auto populate based on the address at this point in time.

Hospitalization Count and Rate of Hospitalization for Opioid Use Disorder Related Diseases 2016 - Current Quarterly County Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council (PHC4)

This indicator includes the hospitalization count and rate of hospitalization per 1,000 individuals estimated to have Drug Use Disorder for any of the following reasons: Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), Cellulitis, Osteomyelitis, Endocarditis, Soft skin tissue infection, or Viral Hepatitis (B, C, and D) for individuals diagnosed with OUD in the same calendar year. Analyses were completed by the University of Pittsburgh using data from the PA Health Care Cost Containment Council and in cooperation with PA DOH. PHC4’s database contains statewide hospital discharge data submitted to PHC4 by Pennsylvania hospitals. Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information obtained from the Uniform Claims and Billing Form (UB-82/92/04) data elements. Computer collection edits and validation edits provide opportunity to correct specific errors that may have occurred prior to, during or after submission of data. The ultimate responsibility for data accuracy lies with individual providers.<br> <B> NOTE: </B> This data set measures how many hospitalizations per 1,000 individuals are primarily for conditions related to opioid use. Each of the categories in this data set—Opioid Use Disorder, Intracranial and intraspinal Abscess, Osteomyelitis, Endocarditis, Soft skin tissue infection (Cellulitis), and Viral Hepatitis (B, C, and D)—measure the number of individuals with a primary diagnosis for that condition on their hospitalization record. Each of those records, except for Opioid Use Disorder, must also have at least one secondary diagnosis for Opioid Use Disorder. The full list of ICD-10 codes used to identify these conditions are in the excel spreadsheet listed under attachments below.

Rate of Women Diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) during Pregnancy CY 2016 - Current Statewide Health Care Cost Containment Council (PHC4)

This dataset summarizes the number of women (12 to 55 years old) with a delivery and indicates how many of those women were diagnosed with opioid use disorder (OUD) during their pregnancy. Delivery includes live birth or stillbirth. Data collection started in 2016 and will be updated quarterly as data becomes available. Analyses were completed by the University of Pittsburgh using data from the PA Health Care Cost Containment Council and in cooperation with PA DOH. PHC4’s database contains statewide hospital discharge data submitted to PHC4 by Pennsylvania hospitals.
