The NASA SBIR and STTR programs fund the research, development, and demonstration of innovative technologies that fulfill NASA needs as described in the annual Solicitations and have significant potential for successful commercialization. If you are a small business concern (SBC) with 500 or fewer employees or a non-profit RI such as a university or a research laboratory with ties to an SBC, then NASA encourages you to learn more about the SBIR and STTR programs as a potential source of seed funding for the development of your innovations.The SBIR and STTR programs have 3 phases:<ul><li>Phase I is the opportunity to establish the scientific, technical, and commercial feasibility of the proposed innovation in fulfillment of NASA needs.</li><li>Phase II is focused on the development, demonstration and delivery of the proposed innovation.</li></ul>The SBIR and STTR Phase I contracts last for 6 months with a maximum funding of $125,000, and Phase II contracts last for 24 months with a maximum funding of $750,000 - $1.5 million.<ul><li>Phase III is the commercialization of innovative technologies, products, and services resulting from either a Phase I or Phase II contract. Phase III contracts are funded from sources other than the SBIR and STTR programs and may be awarded without further competition.</li></ul>Opportunity for Continued Technology Development Post-Phase II:The NASA SBIR/STTR Program currently has in place two initiatives for supporting its small business partners past the basic Phase I and Phase II elements of the program that emphasize opportunities for commercialization. There are uncertainties in the interpretation of data from any one of the instruments (KuPR, KaPR, and GMI). By using data from multiple instruments, further constraints on the solution of precipitation structure improve the final product.The purpose of 3CMB is to give a daily and monthly accumulation of the 2BCMB precipitation product. The 3CMB product is a daily and monthly accumulation of the 2BCMB orbital combined product at two grid sizes, 5 x 5 degrees (G1) and 0.25 x 0.25 degrees (G2). Grid G1 contains the following physical measurements of general interest, among others. Grid G2 contains the same groups, but it is on the ltH x lnH grid and does not have the surface type (st) dimension or the histograms (see dimension definitions below). Below, conditional products represent means based upon precipitating areas only; unconditional products represent means for raining and non-raining areas combined. School Immunizations in 7th Grade by Academic Year

This dataset contains immunization status of 7th grade students in California in schools with 10 or more 7th grade students enrolled. Smaller schools were excluded to help protect privacy. Students in 7th Grade were considered to have up-to-date immunizations if they had completed the Tdap immunization requirement to receive one dose of any immunization (Tdap, DTaP or DTP) that protects against pertussis on or after their 7th birthday. The California Health and Safety Code Section 120325-75 requires students to provide proof of immunization for school and child care entry. Additionally, California Health and Safety Code Section 120375 and California Code of Regulation Section 6075 require all schools and child care facilities to assess and report annually the immunization status of their enrollees. Under Assembly Bill 354 (2010), California Health and Safety Code Section 120335 required students in 7th grade to provide documentation of either having received a booster immunization against pertussis or an exemption to immunization. This performance measure tracks the percentage growth in Contracts for Services (CFS) program participation. This dataset contains immunization status of child care facility enrollees aged 2 years to 4 years 11 months in California in facilities with 10 or more children enrolled. Smaller schools were excluded to help protect privacy. Explanation of the different immunizations is in the attached data dictionary. The California Health and Safety Code Section 120325-75 requires students to provide proof of immunization for school and child care entry. Additionally, California Health and Safety Code Section 120375 and California Code of Regulation Section 6075 require all schools and child care facilities to assess and report annually the immunization status of their enrollees. The annual child care assessment is conducted each fall to monitor compliance with the California School Immunization law. Results from this assessment are used to measure immunization coverage among children entering licensed child care facilities. This data set presents results from the child care assessment and immunization coverage in licensed child care facilities by county. Not all facilities reported. This data set contains Calibrated data taken by the New Horizons Student Dust Counter instrument during the Jupiter encounter mission phase. This is VERSION 4.0 of this data set. For the Jupiter encounter mission phase, SDC collected no science data during the Jupiter flyby, as the requisite spacecraft configuration prevented SDC from operating. There were some very sparse data taken from December, 2006 through April, 2007, and some of very short (or zero) duration after the Jupiter flyby from April, 2007 through June, 2007. The changes in Version 4.0 were re-running of the ancillary data in the data product, updated geometry from newer SPICE kernels, minor editing of the documentation, catalogs, etc., and resolution of liens from the December, 2014 review, plus those from the May, 2016 review of the Pluto Encounter data sets. No new observations were added with Version 4.0.
