A facility condition assessment is crucial in capturing the current state of a building and its systems and helps to focus and prioritize resources for needed repairs and projects. Facilities Management's goal is to assess every building once every three years. In order to achieve this goal, we are scheduling 7-9 assessments per year. For 2023, our goal is 9 assessments.
