Cannabis Pesticide Guide List
data.oregon.gov | Last Updated 2024-07-19T16:33:17.000ZThe intent of the list is to assist growers in distinguishing those pesticide products whose labels do not legally prohibit use on cannabis from those that clearly do not allow use. The list is not an endorsement or recommendation to use these products in the production of cannabis in Oregon. Do not hesitate to contact Pesticide staff with questions or for label clarification. ***Alert regarding the use of pyrethrins and/or piperonyl butoxide*** Recent lab results show high levels of the active ingredients pyrethrins and/or piperonyl butoxide in some cannabis samples. Pyrethrins and piperonyl butoxide are on ODA's Guide List for Pesticides and Cannabis. ODA is investigating why some samples indicate levels of one or both of these pesticides, which far exceed the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Action Levels, and yet others do not. To retain the listing of these two pesticides on the Guidelist, ODA, OHA, and Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) need to learn more about what influences pesticide residue levels on cannabis. If you used pyrethrins and/or piperonyl butoxide, and your cannabis tested below OHA’s Action level, please contact ODA at (503) 986-4553.

Oregon Clean Marinas
data.oregon.gov | Last Updated 2016-08-28T21:20:10.000ZThe Oregon Clean Marina program is a voluntary program working to protect and improve local water quality by promoting the usage of environmentally sensitive practices at marinas. The program provides the opportunity for marinas, boatyards, yacht clubs, and floating home moorages to receive recognition for helping to establish and promote a cleaner marine environment for Oregon. If a facility is in compliance with existing environmental regulations and uses a high percentage of the recommended best management practices, it can be designated as an Oregon Clean Marina. Such certified marinas are authorized to fly the Clean Marina flag and use the logo in their advertising. The flag and logo are signals to boaters that a marina cares about the cleanliness of Oregon waterways. The program also provides information to marine facility managers on how to eliminate or reduce the input of polluting materials – such as oil, paint, cleaning chemicals, sewage, fish waste, and trash – into the environment.

Workers' Compensation Indemnity Resolutions Data
data.oregon.gov | Last Updated 2023-07-28T16:06:40.000ZOregon workers' compensation indemnity data. The data is presented in the Department of Consumer and Business Services report at https://www.oregon.gov/dcbs/reports/compensation/Pages/index.aspx. The attached pdf provides definitions of the data. Claim resolutions: Most accepted disabling workers' compensation claims go through the claim closure process in which the insurer stops temporary disability payments and determines PPD. Accepted disabling claims may be resolved multiple times. Other claims are settled with claim disposition agreements (CDAs). In this table, claim closures and CDA settlements are called claim resolutions. Average temporary disability days paid for claim resolutions: The figures are the average days of paid temporary disability, both temporary total disability and temporary partial disability, for the years’ resolutions. Missing data are estimated. Insurers do not report days for CDA resolutions; these are estimated. Resolved claims In this set of data, claims with multiple closures are counted once. If a claim is reopened and reclosed, it is counted by the year of the latest resolution. Therefore, historical data will change. For temporary disability, the days and average dollars include both temporary total disability and temporary partial disability. Missing data are estimated. Insurers do not report days for CDA resolutions; these are estimated.
