This inventory is a snapshot in time using data collected from May 2014. The data is based on the land inventory and provides a summary of vacant land in Edmonton’s central core, established, and mature neighbourhoods at the time of analysis. A vacant lot is classified as “a registered lot (serviced or unserviced) that contains no permanent structures at the time of inspection. It generally does not include land developed for parks, transportation or utility purposes. The City of Edmonton provides this information in good faith. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information contained in this report, the City of Edmonton provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or correctness of information contained herein.
