Cincinnati Historic Districts

This layer displays Cincinnati Historic Districts and Local Landmarks. These areas help to ensure that any changes do not adversely affect the historic architectural or aesthetic integrity of the Historic District or Historic Asset. Cincinnati Historic Districts layer displays the 15 separate historic districts in the city of Cincinnati, listed in the National Register. These districts range in size from a grouping of buildings of a total area of 1.76 acres to larger areas of 46.24 acres. Vacant & Foreclosed Property Registration

Data Description: This data set contains properties registered in the City of Cincinnati's vacant and foreclose property program. This program is designed to identify properties that are vacant and/or in foreclosure to ensure that they continue to comply with code despite being unoccupied. Data Creation: This data is created every time a new property is registered as vacant or foreclosed. Data Created By: This data set is stored and maintained by Cincinnati Area Geographic Information Systems (CAGIS). The content is input and updated by the Department of Buildings & Inspections. Building Footprints

Building Footprints are polygon features representing photogrammetrically captured building outlines. The building footprints are rough approximations of buildings. They they do not show the exact footprint. The current version of building footprints are based on aerial photography taken in Spring of 2011. Updates are made for significant structures as needed from digitized development plan approvals and notifications of demolitions until the next aerial flyover. The Building Footprints layer contains building structures including mobile homes, garages, water storage tanks and known underground building features. New building footprints based on aerial imagery taken in Spring of 2017 will be available in April, 2018.

Cincinnati Corporation Line

The Cincinnati Corporation Line layer displays the corporation limits of the city. The Cincinnati Corporation Line overlaps with Cincinnati Boundary, the legal city boundary based on a survey.

Cincinnati Streetcar Route

The Cincinnati Streetcar Route layer displays the the streetcar loop in the city of Cincinnati. The Cincinnati Bell Connector is an electric mode of transportation operating in its first phase in a 3.6-mile loop connecting key communities in the urban core of the city.

Cincinnati Elections Commission (CEC) Financial Reports

The Cincinnati Elections Commission (CEC) is a five-member board of citizens appointed by the Mayor to administer and enforce Article XIII of the City of Cincinnati Charter, which regulates campaign contribution limits for municipal elections. Campaigns submit reports to the Commission detailing contributions and expenditures and the Commission investigates any potential excess contributions evident from the reports or alleged by a third party. The Commission may also issue advisory opinions on interpretations of Article XIII or its own Rules.

PDI (Police Data Initiative) Officer Involved Shootings

An officer involved shooting (OIS) may be defined as the discharge of a firearm, which may include accidental and intentional discharges, by a police officer, whether on or off duty. Data Creation: This data is created through reporting by the Cincinnati Police Department. Data Created By: The source of this data is the Cincinnati Police Department. Refresh Frequency: This information will not be updated while the Cincinnati Police Department undergoes transfer to a new data management system.
