Was formerly a weekly update. <b>Summary</b> The cumulative total of confirmed COVID-19 case contacts that have been entered into covidLINK and have been reached for contact tracing interviews as of the date of report. <b>Description</b> The MD COVID-19 - Contact Tracing Contacts Reached and Interviewed data layer reflects the cumulative total of confirmed COVID-19 case contacts that have been entered into covidLINK and have been reached for contact tracing interviews as of the date of report. Individuals that responded to outreach attempts and were verified as the intended call recipient are considered successfully reached. Not responding to calls is the primary reason contacts are not successfully reached. For contacts reached, reasons for not completing an interview include scheduling conflict, hospitalization/incapacitation, and refusal to participate. Data are updated weekly on Wednesday during the 10 a.m. hour (data is reported through the previous Saturday). <b>Terms of Use</b> The Spatial Data, and the information therein, (collectively the "Data") is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed, implied, or statutory. DGS Energy Competition FY12-FY15: State Agency Energy Consumption Annual Totals
opendata.maryland.gov | Last Updated 2020-01-24T19:19:29.000ZTo substantially reduce energy costs and consumption by State government, an energy/electricity competition was established in 2011 between the 16 largest energy-using agencies. Each agency's consumption of electricity (kWh) and total energy (MMBTU) from significant facilities is monitored in relation to a baseline year of FY 2008. Significant facilities are those that have been occupied by the State since 2008 and are air-conditioned. An overall goal is set for State agencies to reduce energy/electricity consumption by 15% by 2015 to Lead By Example. The Fiscal Year (FY) 2013 runs from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. The Fiscal Year 2014 runs from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014. The Fiscal Year 2015 runs from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.

In Maryland certain wetlands with rare - threatened - endangered species or unique habitat receive special attention. The Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR) Title 26 - Subtitle 23 - Chapter 06 - Sections 01 & 02 identifies these Wetlands of Special State Concern (WSSC) and affords them certain protections including a 100 foot buffer from development. The Maryland Department of the Environment is responsible for identifying and regulating these wetlands. In general - the US Fish and Wildlife Service's National Wetlands Inventory wetlands provide the basis for identifying these special wetlands. Additional information - determined from field inspections - is used to identify and classify these areas. The stream reaches are color coded according to the Combined Index of Biotic Integrity (CIBI) scores of the MBSS sites. The CIBI is the average of the fish IBI (FIBI) and the benthic IBI (BIBI). Anything below a CIBI score of 3.0 is red (Poor) - 3.0-3.9 is yellow (Fair) - and 4.0-5.0 is green (Good). The Maryland Biological Stream Survey (MBSS) was Maryland's first probability-based or random design stream sampling program intended to provide unbiased estimates of stream conditions with known precision at various spatial scales ranging from large 6-digit river basins and medium-sized 8-digit watersheds to the entire state. This was formerly a weekly update. <b>Summary</b> The cumulative total of confirmed COVID-19 cases that have been entered into covidLINK and have been reached for contact tracing interviews as of the date of report. <b>Description</b> As of 12/29/21, contact tracing data, including case counts and percentages, reflect fluctuations in case reporting resulting from a network security incident. In addition, high risk location and large gathering questions were removed from the contact tracing interview questionnaire, as the questions no longer provided actionable information on potential exposure locations due to high levels of COVID-19 community transmission. As of 1/21/22, MDH implemented a new outbound email and text-based contact tracing web survey procedure, reflected in ""Outreach within 24 hours"" metrics." The MD COVID-19 - Contact Tracing Cases Reached and Interviewed data layer reflects the cumulative total of confirmed COVID-19 cases that have been entered into covidLINK and been reached for contact tracing interviews as of the date of report.
