Building Code Scofflaw List - Map
data.cityofchicago.org | Last Updated 2024-08-31T23:33:40.000ZThe Chicago Building Scofflaw Ordinance (Section 2-92-416 of the Municipal Code of Chicago) is designed to prevent landlords that refuse or refrain from correcting ongoing building code violations from receiving city contracts, including those that subsidize housing. Building owners must have a least three residential buildings with uncorrected violations and have had three or more properties referred to Circuit Court within the applicable 12 month period to be eligible for the list. The building code scofflaw list is updated once a year on the first business day of December, and building owners may appeal being named on the list. Building owners with controlling interest in at least three residential properties that have habitual, extensive or serioues building code violations are now ineligible for any new city contracts in 2015. The following individuals or entities have been placed on the Building Code Scofflaw list for the entire calendar year.

This MMRP Permits dataset contains all Department of Buildings (DOB) Permits that have occured at properties falling within any MMRP Zone. Permits, Cases and Violations can be linked to the MMRP Geographies dataset using ADDRKEY or ADDRGRPKEY. To link Violations and Inspections to their Permits and Cases use Violation PERMITORCASEKEY to link to Permits APKEY_PERMIT and Cases APKEY_CASE. Performance Metrics - Public Health - Percent Served at STI Specialty Clinics
data.cityofchicago.org | Last Updated 2017-06-12T20:18:38.000ZThe Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) Division of STD/HIV/AIDS Public Policy and Programs works in partnership with communities to advance the prevention and treatment of HIV and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). CDPH maintains drop-in STI Specialty Clinics & HIV Early Intervention Services in South Austin, Englewood, Roseland, Lakeview and West Town that diagnose and treat STIs and provide information about condom use and other STI prevention methods. These clinics are offered at no cost, and on a first-come, first-serve basis. This metric tracks the percent of patients served by the STI Specialty Clinics per month out of the total number of people who seek care. The monthly performance goal is to serve 100% of those seeking care. Woodson Regional Library has been closed for major construction since November 2016, and is expected to reopen in late 2017. The Thomas Hughes Children's Library Closed in November 2016 for renovations and is expected to reopen in June 2017.
